I began painting the summer of 2000, apprenticing under my friend and mentor Bobby Tucker. We worked primarily on custom estates in Central Ohio. In 2003 I grabbed the baton and continued intermittently through my undergrad, growing in craftsmanship and business acumen. I completed a degree in International Development Studies and Minored in General Business from Ohio State. Since that time I've dabbled in food service, social entrepreneurship, home remodeling, writing, management, business development, and still, The Search continues.

09/2018 Update. My passion for detail and building pretty tools found their expression in software development. I worked for a small local Agency for a couple years and then on to a larger health industry software shop. This avenue scratches many itches as I work on teams in servant-leader capacites to get things done.

I’m very content professionally and love the organization I’m in, though I’m sure this isn’t the end of my road. I’m constantly taking inventory on what deposits have been made and what passions have yet to find their expression.

(this image is from one of the two trips I took to New Orleans to help rebuild houses after the devastating Hurricane Katrina in 2005)
